Your front door may be the door you use to welcome your guests to your home, but your garage door is likely used just as much (or even more) for all kinds of other things. You may use it to enter and exit multiple times a day with groceries, your kids, and/or pets. You may use it to store your lawn mower, holiday decorations, and it is perhaps most often used to park your vehicle when it is not in use. Some estimate that your garage door is opened and closed more than three times each day and over 1500 times each year and more than half of homeowners with a garage door use it more frequently to enter/exit their home than any other door.
