All services are performed by our trained, background-checked employees. We do not use subcontractors.
2. Service Estimates and Pricing
We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional issues are discovered during the course of service, we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We offer same-day service 7 days a week, subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 833-865-7473. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice where a technician has already been dispatched.
4. Warranty
Warranty terms vary by service and product. Specific warranty information will be provided at the time of service. Warranties cover defects in parts and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise & Shine Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
