Rise & Shine Cares
At Rise & Shine Garage Doors the community in Minnesota is very important to us. The owners and founders, Josh and Alex, grew up in Blaine and Anoka and maintain their residences in the suburbs of the Twin Cities. To live up to our name and really Rise & Shine above the rest, it is important to us to do more, not just for our customers, but for our communities and fellow Minnesotans.
Garage Door Giveaway – Rise Up
We have decided to give back to our community by giving away a garage door complete with installation and a Liftmaster Opener. Why? Because here at Rise & Shine, when challenges arise, we Rise Up. We understand that unexpected challenges can disrupt the comfort of your home. A garage door isn’t just crucial for safety and security – when properly fitted and functioning, it also plays a significant role in enhancing insulation and boosting energy efficiency. A well-crafted garage door can make a world of difference in maintaining a comfortable, energy-conscious home.
If you or someone you know has recently faced a hardship and could benefit from a new garage door, please use the nomination form below and tell us why they are deserving.

Over the years of being in business we have done a few different things with regards to sponsoring local sports teams, theatres, parade events, etc. In 2020 the world threw everyone a curveball and many people were sent home to wait and see what would happen next. However, the Garage Door industry was still an essential service, so we continued working and assisting all our great customers which also included Doctors, Nurses, Grocers, and more just to name a few of the others that were still out there working. So with the idea in mind that we were still working while others could not we did our first work with charity. We donated 5% of all revenue in the months of April and May that year to Meals on Wheels to make sure that Minnesotans that could not work were still being fed. This was a great experience and it truly was rewarding to be able to give back in such a time of need.
Since that time, we have continued to do as much as we can with local communities but that 5% donation was something that always stuck with us and we wanted to bring that back as a main staple for Rise & Shine Garage Doors. We have continued to work with Meals on Wheels and have expanded to a couple other charities like Feed My Starving Children and Jacks Caregiver Coalition.
Our plan moving forward is to be able to offer you, the customer, a 5% discount on your New Garage Door Installation order; and then take it a step further and donate an additional 5% to these various charities that we are working with. Call today and ask about the Get 5, Give 5 plan to find out more!
At Rise & Shine Garage Doors we rule the roost and feel very strongly that this is a great way to give back to our customers and to our great community of Minnesota.
